 Members will be notified by the Secretary-Treasurer by mail at their last known address of the date, time and place of nominations and elections of Local Union Officers, Executive Board Members.  These notices shall be sent at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of nominations.  It will be the responsibility of the members to file with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Local their current home address
